This Kit will convert your Honda FR600/800 tiller into a DMR Wire
Trencher. The DMR Wire Trencher Kit is specifically designed for
the fencing industry so no adjustments are necessary. The design
has evolved for over 15 years with dealer feedback. The “floating”
feeder blade allows for maximum flexibility. The customized
Cutting blade assembly is center mounted for the best possible
penetration. Includes: Main Bracket with two wire spool holders,
Cutting Blade Holder, Original Feeder Blade, Wide Wheel Base (not
pictured), and Wire Spool Clutches. |

The DMR Reverse Mechanism is one of our most popular upgrades. We
remove Honda’s factory chain & housing; install our own chain,
series of gears and heavy duty DMR housing. With the DMR Reverse
Mechanism assembled, only the direction of the cutting blade
changes. The tiller moves forward with the blade (spinning in the
opposite direction as the wheels) pulling the machine into the
ground. Thus, increasing stability and eliminating "run away"
(caused by hard ground and hitting underground objects). Vastly
improving both safety of operation and maneuverability. |

Wheel Weights increase stability through weight distribution. A
necessity for your FR600, they easily attach with 2 bolts to the
inner wheel. Wheel weights (22# each) redistribute the weight to
the tires, improving traction. |

The DMR Clutch Lever allows the operator to apply varying amounts
of pressure. Easing the clutch from one gear to another; enabling
smooth stops and starts. Honda’s standard clutch lever is mounted
above the handle. The design forces the user to remove a hand to
clutch (handle bar to clutch: span of 7-8 inches), compromising
control of the machine. DMR’s Clutch Lever is mounted underneath
the handle on the right. The span is within normal hand size (4.5
inches) eliminating one hand steering. |

Designed with 20 Ultra Long
Life Teeth; Radical Blade is available in 14"
diameter. Teeth measure 3/8" wide. Radical design
eats up hard ground. In the words of an installer,
"The harder the ground, the better it seems to
work". Perfect for hard ground with difficulties
"getting wire in", allows for maximum feeder
penetration. Also works well with Landscape Lighting
or Cable TV installations (1/2" teeth also available).
